A convent, S. de Compostela.

All the nun's windows have bars. They also have flowers, mostly geraniums.

The nuns make their money by making a most delicious almond cake, torta de Santiago. You go up to a small barred window, press a buzzer and wait. Eventially a nun comes and sells you a cake.

Sitting in the plaza beside the cathedral, eating cake and coffee.
