The Chapel of Bones

Odd sort of place.

Not sure why or when the town’s bone reserves were dug up and stored in this chapel. Thigh bones stacked high to fill the alcoves, skulls and bones cemented like tiles to walls and pillars. Many small skulls and bones too, so a high child representation.

The inscription over the doorway reads: “We bones that are here, wait for yours”.
