She's having a fish spa, of course.
Tiny fish come and 'graze' on your legs.
It is like being gently poked with hundreds of match sticks.
I guess they retire the fish when they are on their last legs.

This treatment had huge coverage from our local spa recently, hope I can try it one day. How much was the cost? (Does it help to heal the cold?)

That sure looks ticklish! We have a cheaky gold fish in our pond too, when my hubby climb in to clean it he comes and "kiss" his ankles too, we can also had feed him!! So amazing.
