Do you know the way to tamarillo?

.

Lurking to the left of the vegetable beds, is a largish Tree Tomato, or Tamarillo.

Feast or famine; they all look like they will ripen on the same afternoon.

  1. They look delicious, I don't believe I have eaten a tamarillo but I will try one tomorrow.
What an interesting selection of vegetables and plants you have in your garden. xoxo ♡

  3. Dianne: What I usually do is put a tamarillo on a bowl/mug of just boiled water for a few minutes - this makes them easier to peel. Then slice them (3-4mm) onto a plate, sprinkle with sugar and wait half an hour. Eat.
