I think it's probably a bloke's joke, Lee. Presumably it's a portaloo hire service, and the name is a play on the idiom "aim higher", something a woman would not be likely to think of. She would be more likely to think "Aim straight, mate!"
the ones here(the one i saw) are named "toi toi" i guess it is short for toilet? with a name like that, they'll know where to find in the yellow pages.
