I suspect that there may be something that the chook is interested in. A cat, maybe.
I have watched doves on our power-line and, if you line up their head with something solid, it doesn't move even thought he body is going up and down with line movements. (Within the limits of neck extension, of course!
Guess what we'll be trying out with our chooks today... :)
