  2. HA! That made me laugh out loud! It's like when Ryan was little and she used to combine words or make up new ones... like 'ginormous'... as in, if you embiggen it, it will be ginormous! ;)

  5. CLEARLY it's the opposite of "ensmallen", Lee, with an "en" not an "em".

    RDL, EVERYone knows there's no such word as "emlittle".

  9. 'Embiggen' has been around a while as a joke word, now it seems to have attained some kind of validity, so it goes.

    The bilingual kids here come up with some good fusion words, a friend's daughter described how a game she was playing had 'evoluated'.

    And I always thought you should say: enlarge!
