1. While sitting down, lift your right foot off the floor and make clockwise circles with it.
2. Get a bit of rhythm happening. Got a smooth clockwise motion happening? OK.
3. Now......while doing this, draw the number '6' in the air with your right hand.
What did your foot do?
I'm sure there is a good reason for this but I am yet to find it.
...
Its a co-ordination thing ... if you imagine your hand drawing the 6 before you actually do it .. the results are not quite as clownish!
ReplyDeleteYou have WAY too much free time!
Oh I know of this one. Even when I know what's going to happen I still get in a mess! I could never fly a helicopter, all that coordination so that each hand and each foot are doing different things. Can't even play the drums/piano.
ReplyDeleteNo, rhythm is not my strong point. Great sense of pitch, shocking rhythm!
Yeah, my dad showed us this one while still primary school kids, still tricky!
ReplyDeleteTry writing the number eight on a piece of paper. Then make the leg do the figure of eight while writing the letter "O".
ReplyDeleteI kicked the desk, spilled a cup of cold coffee on m'self all the while laughing....
ReplyDeleteIf this is the test t'become rich, I reckon I might as well stop buying lottery tickets because they won't let me keep it when I win, eh?
lol to Bonemans comment... my experience wasnt quite as messy, but it was as awkward! lol
ReplyDeleteHappy Monday!
It changes direction! I wasn't expecting that. Bizarre.
ReplyDeleteIsn't 6 something to do with the Devil?
ReplyDeleteYeah..people says it's coordination. I can't even balance myself well in yoga class..
ReplyDeleteIt kicked the wall!
ReplyDeleteIn an anti-clockwise motion!!!!
JCN: you're thinking of 666.
ReplyDeleteInteresting!
ReplyDeleteI can draw a 6 with my LEFT hand, however...
ReplyDeleteNever heard that one before, Lee - Interesting! If you "write" the 6 backwards you can still keep up the clockwise foot direction. As Riseoutofme said: some of us have too much time on our hands (or feet).
ReplyDeleteinteresting..it's the brain power....
ReplyDeleteCool! can't wait to show my 13 yr. old son.
ReplyDeleteand glad i stopped by, see all what i've been missing!!
