It does it no justice...

Last weekend was Margaret's xxth birthday.
We went to No 35, a restaurant on the 35th floor of the Sofitel Hotel in Melbourne.
Ten course tasting menu, with matched wines. Four and a half hours of foody heaven!
The above list is a reminder but in no way shows the care and thought that went into the food.
A brilliant night.

A bit of useless trivia. Except for me.

This is a 500,000 Mark note. Deutschmark. Probably not worth much at the time.
Sometime overnight tomorrow, I will hit the 500,000 mark.
That's 500,000 hours, not 500,000 Deutschmark.
Amazing what you can do without really trying.
And it is important to me because it is a nice excuse to do some damage to a bottle of wine.
